MailSurity’s optional Compliance Module analyzes paper mail, faxes and e-mail for keywords and phrases that may signal inappropriate employee behavior, such as questionable financial activities, sexual harassment and threats. With the Compliance Module, an organization is immediately alerted to inappropriate behavior so that it can be dealt with promptly to minimize damage. The Compliance Module uses advanced learning algorithms to understand the meaning of both structured and unstructured information.
