MailSurity Systems Inc. was formed shortly after the anthrax mail threat in November 2001. A major corporation, concerned about the effects contamination could have on their operations, contacted one of the founders. From this initial inquiry, the Company was formed for the purpose of developing a system for the digital distribution of mail. The Company’s first product called “dMailman” is an image distribution software system (patent pending) that converts paper documents into electronic images that are then intelligently routed to an individual’s desktop or to a corporate workflow system. This revolutionary new process dramatically reduces mail and document handling costs, improves security and increases productivity.
